It has strong bounds to Proxima, the “Amara” planet and the Varna-station. Being old it means it also is large with 2-5 million inhabitants. A large urban complex with interstellar ship yards, docks for the solar-plane, the local space, and interstellar travel, commodities for tourism and a local recycling and food industry. A tube system with around 16-20 tube-lines serves to fulfil station wide transportation needs round the clock. It has an artificial sun, public parks, a botanical garden, school, hospitals, universities. [Imagine a full-fletched city] The headquarter of OCN is located here. AI.tec has an quantum-IAI installation at the station. Many companies from the solar plane (Earth, Orbit, Moon, Mars, Asteroid Belt, Jupiter & Saturn Moons) have dependencies here, but also from the inner solar-systems. The station is part of the “credits”-infrastructure. The main export though is media. It is an interstellar media hub. Life on ‘Nova Arcis’ is comfortable. Public welfare is fully established, the low income rate is below 1%, mid-income rates are about 40%, high-income 50%, the average income rate is above the average-rate for the solar-plane, the inner & outer star systems. The ‘Nova Arcis’-conglomerate is an independed entity, - “state”, though this concept is not understood in the year 3024 - of around 120 - 130 million people, plus full-rights-embodiments like some AI-robots. Political it is more associated with Proxima “Amara” and the Oort-Cloud-Regions than with the solar-sun-plane, though being astro-graphically located in the solar-sun-plane. ITT-hubs are not installed in ‘Nova Arcis’, because obviously this wouldn’t make sense without the direct presence of a larger planetary object like Earth or Mars.
